- Reminiscence Group – A chance to talk about the days gone by. Everyone has a wealth of knowledge, experience and stories to tell and this group allows us to come together every Wednesday afternoon over biscuits and a cuppa to reminisce.
- Walking Club – If you fancy a walk in the park to get fit, get a breath of fresh air or just to get out and about the group sets off every Tuesday afternoon.
- Fitness Suite – To increase and maintain your mobility come with us on our Monday morning trip to the Gym in Dungannon Leisure Centre.
- Chair based activity – This is a fun based activity which takes place every Wednesday morning aimed at maintaining and improving fitness.
- Other courses/activities– We also offer a range of options to individuals and groups including

- Individual Exercise programmes
- Weight Management and
- where we can access the funding we are always open to facilitating new courses as the demand arises.
