This short course is ideally suited for anyone who has questions about how they can protect their computer from viruses whilst online.
Money Management Wednesday 29th January 1.00pm-3.00pm for 4 weeks.

Whether it’s watching a programme you missed or listening live to a radio station this course will help you understand how to search for and watch your favourite programmes via the internet.

Personal Development Courses
This is a 4 week course with a shopping trip built in to help us take control of how we manage our own money. Regardless of who we are, how much or how little money we have we all have to make difficult decisions around meeting the everyday costs of living, planning for a holiday or paying for Christmas this is ideal for everyone.
This 4 week course is designed for beginners as well as people who wish to share and try out new recipe ideas and links into the money management course enabling us to plan menus, shop for the ingredients as well as cook them.
This is a 6 week personal development programme that will help participants to raise Self Esteem, gain more confidence & control and Cope better with stress. In the same way that some people like to work out, go for a walk or take a swim to keep physically fit this course is designed to help us take time out to keep our mind healthy & active.
Breast & Cervical Awareness
This is a 3 session programme offered to community groups to raise awareness of the importance of breast and cervical screening, by providing information that will encourage them to avail of the screening services on offer and help address any fears surrounding attending screening. The sessions are fully interactive and fun yet still deliver a high impact message.
This is a 1 session class which raises awareness of bowel cancer screening, the signs and symptoms to look out for and how to take the screening test.
These sessions were developed to tackle the low uptake of screening invitations by people living in some areas of Northern Ireland and evidence suggests participants are more likely to attend screening after participating in the programme. The programme was designed in partnership with health professionals and is delivered by our Community Facilitators as experience suggests peer education is more effective in communities.

• How to break habits and achieve your goals
Living Life to the Full
We all experience times in our lives when we feel we could do with a little boost/injection of motivation. Why not sign up for our 6 week course designed which focuses on our thinking and what we do as often when we are feeling low we tend to think and behave in unhelpful ways. Making changes in these areas, however, can help improve how we feel and also reduce some of the physical symptoms of low mood or stress.
Class sizes will be between 6-10 people per class and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis so if you are interested please get in touch to get your name down.
Support workers will be present at all courses to support individual learning.
Times and Dates for courses will be confirmed when we have the minimum number booked.
Transport can be provided for all classes but priority will be given to people who do not have alternative options for travel.
